Shipping & Delivery

 

• Free shipping is available for all regular orders within Japan.

• For sale items or orders using discount coupons, standard mailbox delivery within Japan is free of charge. Additional shipping fees apply for standard hand-delivery shipping.

• International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

• Orders are typically shipped within 7 business days after order confirmation

  (or after payment confirmation for bank transfers).

  Please note that business days exclude weekends, public holidays, summer holidays, and year-end/New Year holidays.

• If there is any delay in shipping, we will notify you by email.

• Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email including tracking information will be sent to you.
