This is very attractive jewelry created using a traditional Indian technique called Meenakari.

One side is enamel with a cute pattern carefully hand-painted by artisans in Jaipur, and the other side is sliced synthetic moissanite.

Natural moissanite is the world's most brilliant mineral, found in small quantities in meteorites, but due to its rarity, its general use is prohibited.
The same sparkle can be reproduced by synthetic moissanite.
It is attracting attention as a sustainable and ethical gemstone with a brilliance comparable to that of diamonds.
